Borussia Mönchengladbach

Gladbach were founded on 1 August 1900 and became the great rivals of Bayern Munich in the 1970s, winning five Bundesliga titles including three in a row from 1975 to 1977, and the UEFA Cup in 1975 and 1979. The young side of that era earned the nickname 'the Foals'. The club left the cramped, sloping Bokelberg for the Borussia-Park in 2004.
