    Privacy Policy

    Last updated August 13, 2026

Namra10 is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy outlines our practices concerning the collection and use of your data.

Therefore, please read this policy very carefully.

Using the website indicates your explicit agreement with everything stated therein.

    1.Terminology Definitions

In this agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings referred to:

"The site" or "We" or "First person pronoun" or "Possessive pronoun" refers to the website: www.namra10.com

"The user" or "You" or "Possessive pronoun of the addressee" refers to every person who visits, uses the site, or registers membership in it.

"The policy" or "Privacy policy" refers to this document and the terms and conditions it contains.

"Data" refers to the user's personal and usage data.

"Personal data" refers to all the user's identifying data, such as name, date of birth, nationality, email address, and other data related to the user.

"Usage data" refers to all non-personal data related to your use of the internet, such as those related to your computer or mobile phone or your activities on the site.

    2.Data we collect about you

We collect only what the service needs to work:

    • Account data — the username and email address you register with, your password (stored encrypted), and whatever you choose to add to your profile: full name, picture, bio, gender, date of birth, country and city.
    • Activity data — your predictions, points and coins, the teams and competitions you follow, and any content you post.
    • Technical data — your IP address and the country, city and time zone derived from it, your device and browser, and the pages you visit. This is what keeps kickoff times correct for you and helps us find and fix errors.
    • Messages you send us — the content of any email or support request, so that we can answer it.

We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not collect a phone number.

We keep this data for as long as your account exists, and after that only where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute.

    3.Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site.

The cookies we set ourselves are needed for the site to work: they keep you signed in, remember the language you chose, and record your time zone so kickoff times show correctly.

Cookies set by Google. We use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and Google advertising tags. These set their own cookies — including analytics identifiers and an advertising cookie used for conversion and remarketing measurement — and may process data about your visit. Namra10 no longer displays adverts on its pages, but these Google measurement and advertising cookies are still set. We do not control them; Google's own privacy and advert settings govern how that data is used.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block the ones we set ourselves, parts of the site will stop working.

Some pages embed content from third parties such as YouTube. Those services apply their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

    4.How we use your data

We use your data only to run and improve the service:

    • To provide and operate Namra10, and to enforce our terms and conditions.
    • To keep your account secure, investigate problems, and prevent fraud and abuse.
    • To contact you by email about your account and important changes to the service.
    • To understand how the site is used, through aggregated analysis, so that we can improve it.

We do not sell your data.

5.Disclosure of your data to third parties

You acknowledge and agree that the Internet is not a secure medium, and that the confidentiality of your personal data cannot be fully guaranteed. On our part, we commit, to the extent allowed by law, not to disclose your confidential data or use it in a manner that conflicts with your right to privacy, as follows:

We pledge not to circulate or sell your data to others, but you grant us the right to allow our employees to handle your personal data to the extent of providing services. We may disclose personal data to third parties:

If we sell the website or any of our assets, we will disclose your data to the new buyer.

If we are required to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or any other agreement.

In the event of a court ruling or decision from the competent judicial authorities obliging us to do so.

If we are required to disclose or share your personal data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Namra10, our employees, our customers, or others.

This disclosure includes data exchange with other companies and bodies for protection against credit risks and fraud.

    6.User obligations

The user commits to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of their personal data.

The user acknowledges, at their responsibility, that any disclosure of their personal data to another user is at their own risk without any intervention from us, and without any liability on our part.

You pledge not to pursue any means that would assist in collecting data about other users, including email addresses, mobile numbers, and other personal contact methods.

The user commits to keeping the secrets of the website and will be questioned in front of us for any breach of the site's confidentiality and operations. You commit to refraining from disclosing any data related to the website's operation to others, whether for a fee or for free.

    7.Modifications

We have the right to modify this policy at any time.

In case we make changes to this policy, we will post a notification on the site. It is assumed that you are aware of these modifications as soon as the notification is published on the site.

Your continued use of the site implies that you agree to the modifications and updates we have made.

    8.Your rights and choices

You can review and change most of your data yourself, at any time, from your account settings.

You can delete your account — and the personal data attached to it — from your account settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

If you want a copy of your data, or you have any question about how it is handled, write to [email protected] and we will answer.
