Legal Capacity and Digital Signature
You acknowledge that you have the necessary legal capacity to enter into and agree to this agreement and that you possess the full, unrestricted legal authority to enter into this agreement with us.
Digital Signature:
For services requiring registration: By registering for a membership on the website, or by clicking to accept the terms of service when prompted on the site, it is considered that you have executed this agreement and other terms of service electronically, and they are legally effective against you from the date of registering your account or from the date of clicking to accept the terms of service.
For services that do not require registration: Your use of these services is an explicit agreement on your part to the terms and conditions stipulated in this document and all other policies, and you are legally bound by them from the date of this use.
Membership Terms on Namra10
Members must register on the site under their personal names and these names must be real. The use of pseudonyms or aliases is prohibited. Upon registering your membership on the site, you represent only yourself. The account is based on individual recognition, and it's not allowed to claim that you have registered on behalf of a company, organization, entity, or another person. The member pledges to be accurate when entering required information on the site and is responsible for reviewing this information regularly to correct, modify, or update it whenever new relevant information becomes available. The member must retain all data and documents supporting this. All information disclosed must be true, up-to-date, accurate, reflective of your identity, and consistent with our registration form's requirements. The user is treated as a publisher from a legal standpoint concerning any content he publishes, contributes to, or republishes, including replies, comments, and other content.
Granted Licenses

Namra10 does not impose fees for browsing, membership, commenting, publishing content, or contributing to its publication.
Namra10 does not impose fees for predicting match results.
The user is committed to paying all taxes imposed on their use of the site.
The user is responsible for paying the fees of communication companies to access internet data.
Amendments:
The user is committed to any changes and modifications made by the site in the applied policies and must accept any modifications deemed necessary by the "Namra 10" site.
We may, at any time, make any modifications or improvements that we see necessary on the site to increase its effectiveness, and the user is obligated to any directions or instructions provided by the site in this regard.
You may not change any terms of this agreement or modify or replace them without written consent from the "Namra 10" site.
We have the right to modify or update these terms and conditions "User Agreement" related to the use of the site at any time, and we will inform you by posting a public announcement on the main page of the site or sending a message to your registered email.

Termination of the website's activity, or the cessation of the activities of those responsible for managing the site.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws in effect within the Kingdom of Morocco.
The judiciary within the Kingdom of Morocco has jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of the provisions of this agreement.
Should any provision of this agreement become non-binding, illegal, or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected in any way by such provision.
Notifications
Any notifications you wish to send to Namra 10 must be sent through the specified features within the site. Any notifications sent outside of the site will not be recognized.
Any notifications that Namra 10 wishes to send to you will either be announced on the site or sent to you via the mobile number or email that you provided during the registration process. You are assumed to be aware of the notification as soon as it's announced on the site, or 24 hours after the message has been sent to you.
Language
The Arabic text of this agreement is considered the adopted text for the purposes of interpreting and applying its terms and conditions.
In the event that this agreement is translated and there is a conflict between the Arabic text and the translated text, it is agreed in this case to apply what is stated in the Arabic language.
