    Founded1962

Founded in 1962 by merging the existing clubs of Meknes, which had until then been colonial-era sides run by British, Spanish and French residents, into a single Moroccan multi-sport club with football and handball sections. Its first trophy was the Coupe du Trone in 1966, won 2-0 in Casablanca against neighbours MAS Fes, and it was Moroccan league champion in 1995. Playing in red and white, it returned to the top division in 2024 after being relegated in 2013.
