Internacional

Founded on 4 April 1909 in Porto Alegre by the Poppe brothers, who intended a club that would be democratic and free of the prejudices of the day, which is the origin of the name Internacional. Its red and white shirt gives its supporters the name colorados. It won the Brazilian championship in 1975, 1976 and 1979, the last of those unbeaten, the Copa Libertadores in 2006 and 2010 and the Copa Sudamericana unbeaten in 2008, and in 2006 it beat Barcelona to win the FIFA Club World Cup.
