Dunfermline Athletic

Founded in 1885 and nicknamed the Pars, Dunfermline Athletic have played at East End Park since their formation, although the original pitch of that name lay slightly west of the present ground. Their best years were the 1960s, when they won the Scottish Cup in 1961 under Jock Stein and again in 1968 under George Farm and reached the semi-final of the 1968-69 Cup Winners' Cup. After entering administration in 2013 the club was taken over by the supporters' group Pars United.
