Тепліце

FK Teplice was founded in the north Bohemian spa town of Teplice in 1945 and reached the Czechoslovak first division within three years. Backed from 1991 by the glassmaker Glaverbel, it returned to the top flight in 1996, finished runner-up in 1999 and won the Czech Cup in 2003. That cup run took it to the third round of the UEFA Cup, beating Kaiserslautern and Feyenoord on the way.
