Урава

The Urawa Red Diamonds began in 1950 as the football club of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and the three red diamonds of the company's mark survive in the club badge and the name. It joined the J.League as one of the original ten in 1993 and has won the league once, the Emperor's Cup a joint-record eight times, and the AFC Champions League three times, most recently in 2022. Based in Saitama, Urawa draws the largest crowds in Japanese football.
