AC Milan

Milan were founded on 16 December 1899 as the Milan Foot-Ball and Cricket Club by the Englishmen Herbert Kilpin and Alfred Edwards, which is why the club still spells its city the English way rather than Milano. Seven European Cups and Champions Leagues make Milan the most successful Italian club in Europe, with title-winning sides under Nereo Rocco, Arrigo Sacchi and Carlo Ancelotti. The Rossoneri have shared the San Siro with Internazionale since 1947.
