Perugia
Stadion :Stadio Renato Curi
Fondat în1905
Perugia was founded in 1905 in Umbria and has played thirteen Serie A seasons, its best being 1978-79 when it finished runner-up without losing a match, the first team to go through a round-robin Serie A season unbeaten. Under president Luciano Gaucci it beat Juventus on the final day of 1999-2000 in a rain-delayed match that handed the title to Lazio, and it won the Intertoto Cup in 2003. Bankruptcy struck in 2005 and again in 2010, forcing two refoundations; the biancorossi are also called the grifoni after the city's griffin and play at the Stadio Renato Curi.
