Al Ain

Al Ain was founded in 1968 by players from the oasis city together with Bahraini exchange students and members of the Sudanese community working in the Emirates. It is by far the most successful club in the UAE, with a record fifteen league titles and eight President's Cups. Al Ain is the only Emirati club to have won the AFC Champions League, taking it in 2003 and again in 2024.
