الاهلی جده

Founded in 1937 in Jeddah and nicknamed Al-Malaki, "the royal". It was the first Saudi club to win the league and the King's Cup in the same season, doing so in 1978 and again in 2016, and it holds the league record 51-match unbeaten run set between 2014 and 2016. One of the four founder members of the Saudi professional league, it had never been relegated until 2021-22 and returned at once. With nine league titles and two AFC Champions League Elite crowns, it shares King Abdullah Sports City with its city rivals Al-Ittihad.
