یو دی لاس پالماس

Union Deportiva Las Palmas was created in 1949 by the merger of five clubs on Gran Canaria, which agreed to pool their strength so the island could compete on the mainland. The club finished second in La Liga in 1969 and reached the Copa del Rey final in 1978. It left the Estadio Insular for the Estadio Gran Canaria in 2003.
