نیم المپیک

Nimes Olympique was founded on 12 April 1937 in the Gard and played 36 seasons in the French first division, finishing runner-up four times in the 1950s and 1960s without ever winning it. Financial failure and a match-fixing case in the 1990s dropped the club into the amateur game, and it has moved between the divisions since. Home matches were long played at the Stade des Costieres, and the club now plays at the Stade des Antonins.
