ویسل کراکوف

Founded in 1906 by pupils of Krakow's second Imperial-Royal higher school under professor Tadeusz Lopuszanski, Wisla is one of the two oldest football clubs in Poland alongside city rival Cracovia. Nicknamed Biala Gwiazda, the White Star, it has won thirteen Polish championships, five Polish Cups and a Polish League Cup, and stands second in the all-time Ekstraklasa table. In Europe it reached the quarter-final of the European Cup and the last sixteen of the UEFA Cup and the Cup Winners' Cup.
