گامبا اوزاکا

Gamba Osaka began in 1980 as the works team of Matsushita Electric, the company now known as Panasonic, and took its present name on joining the J.League as one of its original ten clubs in 1993. It has won two J1 League titles and five Emperor's Cups, and in 2008 became Asian champions by winning the AFC Champions League. Based in Suita, it contests the Osaka derby with Cerezo.
